“Lincs FM Group have been using Cobus IT Support at their Radio Station KCFM in Hull over the last 2 years. This is the first time we have used them for a major server upgrade. As the server was the exchange server and the data server, the preservation of data was paramount. Cobus explained the way this would be done and took the time to ensure backups were correct and that the staff would not be disrupted during the upgrade. The server was removed from the network on Friday evening and was back up and running on Sunday evening. The staff returning to work on Monday were none the wiser as all was back as it should of been including all shares etc. We will continue using Cobus IT support. ”
