KRL have utilised a telephone system that has met the business requirements for a number of years but which had become obsolete. The business required a desktop PC control and automatic reporting option of the call activity by each individual without the worry of relying on Internet based technology.
We chose Cobus as we felt that they had the knowledge and experience to deliver a solution that was right for us and provided a demo of the equipment and software to us.
Cobus provided a replacement Telephone System that could meet our current and future expansion plans. A software package was offered that provided real time reporting and monitoring for managers and a simple user application that works on the Desktop PC’s enables full control of the telephone via the PC. The system is also able to deliver voice mail messages out of the office to enable out of hours support and also onsite users can pick up messages when out of the office. The Cobus engineers provided a series of structured training to all users to allow us to use the new features that were relevant to each user.
