Cobus Statement: novel coronavirus, COVID-19 [UPDATE]

In response to recent developments and government escalations relating to COVID-19 (the coronavirus) I would like to provide you with reassurance regarding the actions taken by the Cobus Communications Group to ensure that we continue to provide your business operation with the best possible levels of service and support while paying special attention to the safety and wellbeing of the Cobus team.

As we are operating in the ‘key worker’ sector it will be very much business as usual from a customer perspective regarding our usual contacts and systems of support, albeit with additional stringent safety checks in place if site attendance is required. Cobus is an award-winning technology business that provides crucial operational support to organisations across all business sectors over the whole of the UK, we are accustomed to utilising the latest technologies available in order to provide you with the most efficient telephony and IT related products and services and, as you would imagine, we adopt these internally for our own use.

Our policy is under constant daily review and evaluation and will be adjusted accordingly following qualified professional assessment, at this time engineering visits will continue but will be assessed on an individual basis with additional information/questions addressed and qualified prior to any confirmed site attendance. Any non-essential works will be postponed and rescheduled if it’s agreed that its most appropriate to do so by either and/or both parties.

As you will appreciate we have received a significant increase in the number of requests relating to home working and the options available – this is something that we are still able to facilitate and I’d ask that you make contact with your dedicated account manager in the usual way if this is something that you would like more information on.
