We are a large award winning secondary school and sixth form college, based in Hull. We had an ageing Panasonic telephone system that was starting to develop faults. Due to the age of the system, the faults were happening more and more often and replacement hardware was becoming increasingly difficult to source. Our maintainers at the time were located out of town and when a site visit was required, this could take anything from a few hours to days depending on their work load, even if the fault was critical so as a school, we could not work with this level of service.

Cobus initially attended the school for a consultation to establish our requirements in detail before providing a proposal for a replacement telephone system that would not only be suitable now but also gave piece of mind that as and when our school grows, the system capacity can be increased to meet our needs.

Following our acceptance of the proposal Cobus worked with us very closely to ensure the installation dates suited the school as we only had certain specific dates the works could be carried out. Cobus installed our new telephone system that consisted of 80 handsets and the call management application MyCalls onto our existing telephone lines without disruption. Full user training plan for staff was provided on all aspects and this was tiered dependant on the level of training required.

Due to the size and the importance of the project it was imperative we chose a company that had experience with installations of this size, that we trusted would deliver on all aspects and also the knowledge we would receive an incredibly high level of support, not only during the install but also on going.
