Cobus Care was introduced by Cobus due to the increase of Primary Network Engineers (i.e. KCOM/BT/Other) attending sites where a customer would report a line fault. On many occasions, the fault is confirmed or advised by the Primary Network as not being a line fault and their minimum call out fees from £185.00 + VAT will be charged.
Cobus Care offers the peace of mind that all faults with your telephone line(s) will be diagnosed & confirmed by Cobus rather than the fault being passed directly to the Primary Network.
Cobus Care ensures that expensive call-outs from the Primary Network Provider are not billed on to our customers. This service was introduced in March 2014 and has saved our customers thousands of pounds in unnecessary call out charges by the Primary Network Operators.
