The Cobus Foundation

Established in 2010 The Cobus Foundation is the charitable arm of Cobus Communications. We are passionate about our community and are actively engaged with local charities, youth enterprises and City initiatives as well as supporting the local education sector.

Dedicated to local causes, we pledge our community support via the Cobus Foundation and choose a nominated organisation every year to partner with.

Together with fundraising assistance and charity awareness, we offer a wealth of business acumen and discounted services to our partnered organisation and our aim each year is to give assistance to them to aid their development and growth.

Our Goals

  • To identify a local charity that would benefit from The Cobus Foundation support and evaluate if this partnership would allow Cobus to provide the maximum impact.
  • Educate the general public and local businesses about the organisation.
  • Provide recognition and awareness for the organisation through our corporate marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate organisations needs and advise on best business practices and potential savings.
  • Participate or organise teambuilding and fundraising activities with Cobus employees.
  • Introduce and identify potential opportunities for both the charity and the Cobus Group.
  • Provide business acumen and support.

Our Aims

We carefully analyse the needs of an organisation to make sure that we have a clear understanding of what they provide, how they operate, their position, their targets and the level of support that will be required from us, whilst identifying if their goals match those of our own. Once a charity is decided upon, we provide a high level of commitment and support via various channels.
